Planning a trip if fun...in theory, but we know that it can all become overwhelming, especially if you are dealing with young kids, older family members, or a busy daily lifestyle. It can feel stressful to even know where to begin or do the research needed for an enjoyable time once you get there. We help streamline the travel planning process so your vacation can feel enjoyable from start to finish. 

Our packages are completely customizable and we don't earn commission off of any of recommendations. This means that we can help you travel affordably and with a personalized plan.

Upon completion of the itinerary, if you have signed up for the booking option, a credit card authorization form will be sent to you asking for your card information and approval of all charges. Your credit card will be directly used to book all events within the next two business days. 

All booking confirmations will be sent to your provided email plus a Wingman Travels email address that both your coordinator and yourself will have access to. This ensures that you have support from your coordinator while still maintaining the freedom to adjust your plans as needed. 

Wingman Travel Coordinator is not responsible for any cancellations from tours, events, etc. We always recommend purchasing travel insurance. 

If your trip included the booking option, you will be notified by us and through your Wingman Travels provided email as soon as we are notified of a cancellation or change. Refunds will be through the companies and not through Wingman Travels. If you like, we will attempt to make other arrangements for you.

No. Wingman Travels prides itself in providing custom travel plans & itineraries. We don't provide pre-planned packages or resort options. 

Due to the sensitive nature of flight and hotel reservations, we do not book flights or accommodations. We do take these prices into account and offer recommendations but we are unable to do the final booking. 

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. We do not provide travel insurance through our services or websie.
